Our Beginnings

Our family, inhabitants of Turolenses lands, farmers that generation after generation dedicating themselves to cereal, were authentic examples of survival and rural development, living in farmhouses of the puebla de Valverde or Formiche Bajo.
Following that legacy, more than 20 years ago and within the most emptied Spain is where we bet on creating a business opportunity around this great treasure. During the first years we took care and pampered our holm oaks, and a few years later they began to bear fruit, truffles with an exquisite aroma and extraordinary quality, according to experts in the sector.
With the incorporation of the youngest members of the family, who from a very young age followed in the footsteps of their grandfather Felipe, we decided to continue planting more hectares, expanding the business and following processes of continuous improvement, innovating and professionalizing our service. In addition, our fields are irrigated by the Mijares river, in a privileged enclave, between the two ski resorts Javalambre and Valdelinares, with an exceptional natural environment.
